I am a Google local guide in the area. I wanted to update the map information and be sure I could verify the number, address, add the hours, and see if they had a website. Upon calling, I get a "What" instead of a hello and had to ask if I had the right place. I got insulted and hung up on. Glad I'm not a customer.
