No customer service prices wait to our store stinks
Kroger was very rude and no help at all for my babys birthdaycake, I`ll never use the bakery ever again!!!!! This is the 2nd week in a row they acted like that. My BIRTHDAY was lastweek. Got hung up on and NO CAKE...... But I called Food World and Ms.Iris was very kind and super friendly and saved the birthday party with a last minute birthday cake.THANKS Y`ALL!!!!! HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY CASHTON!!!
I used to work here and many of the complaints are reasonable. They do start closing at 9:45 and begin to shut down at 10:00 pm. So yes, the employees know how to tell time AND they also know how to follow directions given to them from their MANAGERS! The deli is very good, just get there by 4:00 pm. The meat is okay, but look at it carefully before putting it in your shopping cart or basket. Many of our complaints have been because of nonfresh meat, so please look and notify the meat department so you don't waste your time and money. The prices (on name brand items) are high because this is not a very popular grocery, as opposed to Kroger and Walmart. It is a small town grocery store and the only one located in East Dublin. Many people do not go on a big grocery trip here and I wouldn't advise it. Unless new management occurs, they usually have 2 cashiers. Each cashier takes turns going on breaks from 7-8 ish. I do not recommend coming at that time because lines will increase in wait time. COSTUMERS please be friendly to the cashiers. We come in to contact with some crazy, rude, and nasty people almost every hour. Being nice will increase their positivity and allow for maximum costumer service!!!! You never know what someone is going through!

Got there at 9:45 to grab a few things, I was told we are closed, who taught them how to tell time,I will drive all the way to Kroger or any where else before I shop here again
